The band received simultaneous nominations in both the BBC Radio 2 Folk awards and the Scots Trad awards as Best group in 2011. With the recent addition of Megan Henderson on vocals/fiddle, the band now incorporate Gaelic as well as English song. Ewan Roberston (male vocal and guitar) is also a BBC Scotland Young Trad winner. They have toured extensively and built up a considerable following with confirmations for significant UK festivals this summer following up live activity from the above tour.
