Both Paul's are native to Dublin and both were taught initially to play by family members and others. They met up in the eighties when Paul O'Shaughnessy was playing alongside Frankie Kennedy and Mired Ni Mhaonaigh . Both take the lead in some tunes and others are equally shared, but always have that shared passion for the music of Donegal.
