A well produced album of fresh sounding, fiddle-led music in the traditional mould.
The quartet appear to hail from the Western Isles and compose as well as play as most but not all of the tunes are self-penned.
A bit more sophisticated than normal and it's all more interesting for that.
Well worth a listen.
