FIRST HEARING:
The minute your hear the voices & instrumentation you know 'it's The Corries'.
We do realise that they were incredibly popular but we still think they were grossly under-rated by the Scots at large, figuring they were simply a 'finger-in-the-ear' folk song duo.
They were much more than that. When folk was 'unfashionable' these guys kept a flag flying and by their choice of song they were 'Braveheart' way before Mel Gibson knew just where Scotland was.
Power to Ronnie & Roy. Thanks guys!

Lineup

Ronnie Browne & Roy Williamson - All vocals & instruments.
