FIRST HEARING:
A 23 track compilation of tracks recorded at home; though it was the home of one of the pioneers of the recording industry, so there may have been method in the madness.
They seem to be recordings, of the tunes of the day, that were sent off to friends at home and overseas so this is really the first ever 'commercial' release of 'The Bankhead Tapes'.
Certainly a case of 'better late than never'.
